What it took
One workflow from capture to enquiry: import a LiDAR or 3D capture, author hotspots, viewpoints and branding in the studio, publish it as a tour.
Gaussian-splat tours run in the browser — walk, fly and orbit, camera tracks, a live floor map — with nothing to install on phone or desktop.
Hotspots that carry text, images, video, audio, portals and tables, a day/night switch that keeps the view, and English, Nepali and Chinese.
Behind it: a studio with version history, activity log and team roles, client sites with bookings and enquiries, and splat assets synced to Cloudflare R2.
